The Agriturismo

We are located in the heart of a Wildlife Reserve, home to resident animals such as roe deer, hares, and squirrels, as well as a vibrant migratory fauna — white and grey herons, wild geese and ducks, cranes, and even the rare sacred ibis.

We are surrounded by beauty, and we do our best to honour it — from the blooming borders beneath the woods to the furnishings in each of our rooms. We carefully select artistic and artisanal pieces from different historical periods and geographical origins. Their unusual combinations bring a touch of originality and refined innovation.

Agriturismo Al Canton is truly one of a kind: a place where environmental sustainability meets design, where botanical passion and agricultural knowledge come together with both technical precision and deep respect for tradition.

We would be delighted to welcome you.

A Story of Passion

In the early 1900s, Grandfather Giovanni began reclaiming the land, building farmhouses and adjoining stables.

His son Luigi, an agronomist and pharmacist, carried on the tradition and led the family farm into a new era of modernization and mechanisation, making the estate fertile and productive.

Francesco, after inheriting the family farm, succeeded in bringing together all of his passions: a love for the environment, a curiosity for innovation, a deep appreciation for mid-century design and vintage aesthetics, and a genuine joy in human connection and the sharing of beauty.

Ca’ Bernarda, one of the farmhouses that had fascinated him since childhood, is now Agriturismo Al Canton.
